Para responder a esta cuesti\u00f3n, existen tradiciones y l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n afines con la teor\u00eda del flujo que pueden ayudar a establecer un modelo comprensivo que podamos utilizar como referencia \u00f3ptima para analizar las experiencias de alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital de adultos mayores. Por ejemplo, el modelo de complejidad ambiental (Shernoff et al. 2016) y el Modelo de Auto-Sistema de Desarrollo Motivacional (MASDM) concretado por Skinner et al. (2008). El MASDM alimentado por una amplia trayectoria de estudios sobre la motivaci\u00f3n, aporta una visi\u00f3n comprensiva de la din\u00e1mica motivacional (Connell &amp; Wellborn, 1991; Deci &amp; Ryan, 1985) e incorpora cuatro constructos principales orientados a explicar las experiencias \u00f3ptimas o de flujo (Csikszentmihalyi, 2010): contexto, self, acci\u00f3n y resultados (Figura 1).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Referencias<\/p><p class=\"p2\">Connell, J.
